If you have a photo, a drawing or perhaps a Pinterest photo you are encouraged to email it to Malcolm Jewelers. During your visit Todd will discuss your jewelry needs; your style and budget.
Once Todd has your interests outlined, he does the leg work for you searching for just the right piece. Todd will schedule an appointment to visit in person to go over ideas, price quote, and any additional custom work necessary to meet your needs. If a custom design is the best alternative for you Todd Malcolm will provide you sketch renderings of your piece and final computer aided designs for your approved. Malcolm Jewelers works with long-established manufactures who have been personally selected by Todd Malcolm and whom meet Malcolm Jewelers quality standards.
The time to complete a purchase depends on the type of purchase it is. If you have a clear vision for what you are looking for it often will only take 1-2 weeks. If you are unclear, exploring or decide to commission a custom piece of jewelry it most often takes up to 6 weeks.

For standard jewelry repair you can expect your work to be completed within one week or less. Remounting services into new custom designs may take up to 6 weeks from rough drawing to final production.
