It all begins with a call or email. To personalize your experience and accommodate your schedule Todd Malcolm works by appointment. If you have a photo, a drawing or perhaps a Pinterest photo you are encouraged to email it to Malcolm Jewelers. During your visit Todd will discuss your jewelry needs; your style and budget.

Once Todd has your interests outlined, he does the leg work for you searching for just the right piece. Todd will schedule an appointment to visit in person to go over ideas, price quote, and any additional custom work necessary to meet your needs. If a custom design is the best alternative for you Todd Malcolm will provide you sketch renderings of your piece and final computer aided designs for your approved. Malcolm Jewelers works with long-established manufactures who have been personally selected by Todd Malcolm and whom meet Malcolm Jewelers quality standards.



3. How much time is needed?

The time to complete a purchase depends on the type of purchase it is. If you have a clear vision for what you are looking for it often will only take 1-2 weeks. If you are unclear, exploring or decide to commission a custom piece of jewelry it most often takes up to 6 weeks.

Malcolm Jewelers has a long history of expertly transforming your broken or un-wearable jewelry into polished, fixed and lovable pieces once again. Malcolm Jewelers can also assist you in taking gemstones and diamonds from older pieces and remounting them into new fashionable pieces.

Malcolm Jewelers has worked with the same local skilled and gifted gem cutter, setter, and jewelry repair technician for more than thirty years. The careful work of repurposing your piece or pieces is done with great care by our team.

For standard jewelry repair you can expect your work to be completed with one week or less. Remounting services into new custom designs may take up to 6 weeks from rough drawing to final production.
